This Vegan Chef Doesn't Throw Away Any Food
In March, I had just landed back in New York City coming from Los Angeles where I spent 8 days of cooking. I hosted two interactive dinners and taught upwards of 50 people on how to be more resourceful and sustainable when cooking. Out of the whole group there was only one vegan - and that was my cameraman who was documenting the whole experience.
When the plane had landed I checked my emails, naturally. I came across an email from a representative from NowThis and they wanted to feature myself and my passions of sustainability and veganism. I was thrilled to see this email and replied instantaneously with joy and happiness.
