Simplicity of Being Zero Waste - Mashable Interview

 One afternoon while I was on my way to the farmer's market, I received an email from an associate of Mashable and they wanted to cover me and my approach to zero-waste cooking.  I was so honored and thrilled to have been offered this opportunity that I did not hesitate to say YES and that in do so, I missed my train stop.  

"What's your favorite dish to prepare", I was asked. Without any contemplation, I responded with "Pasta!" But, I wanted to change it up and do something I haven't done in awhile, so I made us raviolis for lunch.

Here it is, I hope you love it as much as I do and hopefully, I can encourage you just a bit to rethinking how you cook on a day to day basis.
